Ademola Adeyeba, Founder 1000 Black Boys
Ademola is the Founder of 1000 Black Boys and CEO & Founder of Get Hench. He is one of the leading mindset coaches in Europe. He’s been featured in Forbes and has appeared on BBC radio London.
He stands for a powerful vision that people are unleashed into their greatness and that they become purpose. 1000 Black Boys and Get Hench are an expression of that.
1000 Black Boys organise inspirational events to empower Black Boys and young Black Men to live a life full of purpose. Get Hench provide one to one and group coaching programmes for entrepreneurs, business professionals, startups, 10-25 year olds and their parents.
Dr Ian Thurlby-Campbell is a Senior Manager at PwC
Dr Ian Thurlby-Campbell is a Senior Manager at PwC, one of the world's largest accountancy and consulting firms, where he specialises in business growth. He is also a member of the Steering Group for the PwC Foundation, PwC's charitable arm, and a member of PwC's ColourBrave Charity Committee, which is committed to tackling racial inequalities.

Richard initially became interested in the arts when he was very young as his older brother wanted to become a film director and he wanted to emulate him. Whilst studying media, Richard stumbled across a few artists that really inspired him, in particular Gordan Parks, who used his work as a vehicle to drive change and so he became a photographer. Richard is now a Lecturer of the subject, a small business owner and author.
Jordan Hamilton, Founder of Care by Jords
Jordan Hamiliton escaped the hold of a gangster lifestyle and now owns Care by Jords - his own skincare business, which he runs with his mum. Aged just 26, Jordan has an incredible story to tell.
As a teeenager, he was imprisoned over cocaine deals and in connection with a stabbing in Ladywood. Byt like many others, Jordan has broken free from the clutches of gangs, violence and the consequences they bring. Jordan is a shining example of how our past doesn’t need to define our future.
Paul Hodge, Entrepreneur & Adventurer
Raised in East London by his Caribbean mother, Paul was expelled from 5 different secondary schools. He made some serious mistakes and ended up in prison at 20 years old. He started his first business at 25 and climbed Mt Everest at 31.
Having seen both sides of the coin he can understand how difficult it can be to succeed as a black man, however because of this there is still some interesting challenges to be had.
Alphonso, Model, Actor & Writer
Alphonso is a young Actor & Writer from Croydon. His love for the craft began at his home church aged 2 and has developed into a career where he has most recently performed as the protagonist in Shakespeare's greatest tragedy, "Othello".
Over the past year he has began to venture into scriptwriting, a craft he is thoroughly enjoying.
