Ademola Adeyeba, Founder 1000 Black Boys
Ademola is the Founder of 1000 Black Boys and CEO & Founder of Get Hench. He is one of the leading mindset coaches in Europe. He’s been featured in Forbes and has appeared on BBC radio London.
He stands for a powerful vision that people are unleashed into their greatness and that they become purpose. 1000 Black Boys and Get Hench are an expression of that.
1000 Black Boys organise inspirational events to empower Black Boys and young Black Men to live a life full of purpose. Get Hench provide one to one and group coaching programmes for entrepreneurs, business professionals, startups, 10-25 year olds and their parents.
Moses Ifekoya, Founder, Krazy Kardz
Moses is a 14 year old entrepreneur who lives with his parents and two younger brothers.
He is in year 9 of secondary school.
He owns a company named ‘Krazy Kardz’ where they design cards for different occasions (both 3D hand-made and printed ones).
Moses dreams big and has a vision of having a chain of businesses. His long term goal is to become his own boss and provide numerous job opportunities for others.
He excelled in the recent ‘Mindset of an Entrepreneur Programme' set up by Get Hench.

Alex Cole is Founder and CEO of the TIN Smart Social Group, a purposeful (ad)venture builder focused on tackling digital poverty, fuel poverty, supporting young black entrepreneurs to start and scale their businesses and improving social mobility through employability.
Topsy Balogun, Founder, Wasted Talent Project C.I.C. Joint Director, Creative Connectors Ltd.
Topsy is the founder and project manager of the 'Wasted Talent Project C.I.C', working with the community and youth to embrace, develop and demonstrate their talents in workshops, showcases and 'Three Pillars' film productions.
Topsy is a joint director of 'Creative Connectors Ltd' which forges partnerships and placements in the digital media, marketing and technology sectors.

Dean Texsymbol, Creative Director, Three Pillars Productions, Wasted Talent Project and Mindkite
Dean is an acclaimed creator, also known as I.D.E.A.S (Individual Developing Entrepreneurs and Activating Success). He has forged his stamp on the creative industry as the creative director of ‘Three Pillars Productions’, ‘Wasted Talent Project’, and ‘MindKite’.
Dean has demonstrated his talents as the screen writer, and executive producer of a ‘Three Pillars Productions’ drama series. Alongside being the creator and screen writer of the ‘Land of Gods’ animation franchise.

Dickson Abegunde, Head of Branded Content & Partnerships, Auto Trader
Dickson is the Head of Branded Content & Partnerships and worked in the Digital media industry for over ten years. He the Age Network and diversity lead at Auto Trader. He is a massive advocate of having difficult conversations regarding advancing a diverse and inclusive agenda.
