Ademola is the Founder of 1000 Black Boys and CEO & Founder of Get Hench. He is one of the leading mindset coaches in Europe. He’s been featured in Forbes and has appeared on BBC radio London.
He stands for a powerful vision that people are unleashed into their greatness and that they become purpose. 1000 Black Boys and Get Hench are an expression of that.
1000 Black Boys organise inspirational events to empower Black Boys and young Black Men to live a life full of purpose. Get Hench provide one to one and group coaching programmes for entrepreneurs, business professionals, startups, 10-25 year olds and their parents.

Samuel is passionate about building, empowering and inspiring members of the black community to be strong, happy and resilient individuals; and is committed to having a society that works for everyone.

Ade Shokoya is a business consultant, coach and trainer, who specialises in multi-million pound digital transformation programmes with global corporations such as Barclays, Lloyds Bank and Vodafone.
He consults senior executives and business owners on how to cut costs, reduce risk and deliver products and services to market faster.
Topsy Balogun, Founder, Wasted Talent Project C.I.C. Joint Director, Creative Connectors Ltd.
Topsy is the founder and project manager of the 'Wasted Talent Project C.I.C', working with the community and youth to embrace, develop and demonstrate their talents in workshops, showcases and 'Three Pillars' film productions.
Topsy is a joint director of 'Creative Connectors Ltd' which forges partnerships and placements in the digital media, marketing and technology sectors.

Pierre, Founder, #13LDN
Pierre is the founder of a new clothing brand #13LDN. He is a 13yr old old up and coming Entrepreneur, based in Hackney – East London.
The idea of the brand came to Pierre during Lockdown 2020 after having to deal with homeschooling, grief and the struggles of being an everyday teenager
No 13 might be considered unlucky for some, but #13LDN is giving birth to new beginnings.

Adam Stewart is an incredible 18 year old student at Archbishop Tenisons where he is the Deputy Head boy, Mentor, and leader of revival at his school.
Outside of school Adam is a public speaker, a youth minister at Rapha Christian Centre, a peer mentor at the 100 Black Men of London.
