Nana Marfo, Director, Unique Abilities Ltd
Nana Marfo is a Director for Unique Abilities Ltd and a contributor writer for the independent newspaper. Advocating for people with disabilities to have a voice and presence within society. His story began by being born six months premature with a narrow airway.
Unique Abilities was built based on his own experience as a disabled man within the work place whereby discrimination within the disabled community is an issue that affects the confidence 13.9million disabled people within the UK.

Topsy Balogun, Founder, Wasted Talent Project C.I.C. Joint Director, Creative Connectors Ltd.
Topsy is the founder and project manager of the 'Wasted Talent Project C.I.C', working with the community and youth to embrace, develop and demonstrate their talents in workshops, showcases and 'Three Pillars' film productions.
Topsy is a joint director of 'Creative Connectors Ltd' which forges partnerships and placements in the digital media, marketing and technology sectors.

Marcia Escoffery, Ultra Education
Marcia is an experienced coach and Youth Mentor for the past 35 years. From cooking clubs she is a qualified Chef who worked in all the bank's in the city. Fine dining to contract catering. In later years Marcia has done outreach work in prisons, working with young offenders as enrichment coach through music.
She has taught singing, confidence building and performance over 25 years and in the last 18 have used music as medicine (Mindfulness coaching) and has trained as a Sound Therapist, Meditation and Crystal facilitator. She is the co-founder of an organic natural skincare business and have curated music and art events from 1999 to date.
Ralph McBaiden, Co-Founder, Open Palm
Ralph is a Chartered Accountant that is passionate about giving back. For years, Ralph has contributed to his community whether by mentoring, providing CV support or most recently co-founding Open Palm charity with his wife.
In addition to practising as an Accountant full time, Ralph spends as much of his free time as possible helping young people to become wiser with money. Outside of the world of finance, Ralph is a keen footballer and drone enthusiast.
Sophie McBaiden
Sophie is a lawyer and is passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Sophie has participated in a range of initiatives to help the next generation enter corporate roles.
Most recently, Sophie and her husband founded Open Palm charity that focuses on equipping young people for success and addressing racial inequalities. Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys cooking, fitness and time with family.
Ajani, Artist, Producer, Author, Mentor
King Caspian Ajani is an artist, producer, author, mentor and advocate for young Men's emotional wellbeing. He was raised in South London and the Zimbabwean born creative has been keeping busy over the past couple of years! After keeping his head down during what he dubbed his "cocoon years", he is now gearing up for the release of a number of exciting projects, one of which is an excitingly thought provoking new book "Stories Boys Don't Like To Tell" which is about the experience of black boys growing up and going through various common but least spoken about phenomena.
As part of his digital media firm Symphony Park, King started a unique and immersive internship program in 2017, aimed at helping aspiring actors, directors, writers and producers realise their potential. Ajani is also the founder of an emotional aptitude program for boys and men aged 11 - 21 called Brunch Brothers. The initiative was set up as a way to promote positive emotional health, to empower them to embrace and channel their emotions positively.
Ty Keezi, Co-Founder, LDNRBS
Hailing from Tottenham (North London, UK) the Brazilian born artist moved to England at the age of ten. His musical horizons broadened later in his teens, Ty Keezi’s success has been proliferate after a respective successful debut single “Fantastica”.
At the forefront of becoming a pioneering Latin American sound in the UK his heritage and background couldn’t be more ostentatious, particularly in the dynamic sounds of his music, Ty Keezi’s talent has brought him to the attention of some of the UK's best artists and public figures.
He is the Co-founder of LDNRBS an award winning group that has been at the forefront of the success of many household musicians such as Knucks, Keys The Prince, Jords, Shaez Universe , Kadiata, Dej The Ego to name but a few. A multi-genre creative with no boundaries he is definitely one to watch out for.
Nyamka, Presenter, LDNRBS
Nyamka (also known as Ny) is a 22 year old presenter born and raised in Bristol. After moving to London in 2018 to pursue her presenting career, she is the host of LDNRBSONAWEEKEND radio show on Pulse 88 FM.
She connected with LDNRBS in 2017 after the founders reached out and since then she has become a senior member of the team. You will most likely see her hosting LDNRBS live shows or hear her on the radio.
